Marilena House Town Center apartment Train station: abt 350 meters Ferry dock: abt 150 meters Contrada del Prato nr.5 2-4 people. Center of Varenna , only 30 meters to reach the lake and the beach with cafes and restaurants. The kitchen and the livingroom offer 2 dining area, the fully equipped kitchen has a balcony with 2 chairs and a washingmaschine, the large livingroom has a comfortable kingsize sofabeds for 2 people and a tv-sat, the bedroom has a tv sat, modern bathroom with a shower: my cousin rents 6 motor boats on the beach. Wifi internet , besides the house is provided with a disable/elderly persons chair lift from main entrance. |

On the same ground floor of this detached villa, the ground floor garden belongs to the apartment for rent (the owner come during the weekend and stay on the first floor and have another garden). The apartment has 2 masterbedrooms, a livingroom and kitchen area, 2 modern bathrooms , 20 meters from the lake, less than 5 minutes from train station and ferry dock, the Lido (beach with sand with cafe and rstaurant) is 100 meters away, the church square in the center is only 350 meters far. |
