Maddalena House 097084-CNI-00004 Town Center apartment Train station: abt 350 meters Ferry dock: abt 150 meters Contrada del Prato nr.5 2-4 people. Historic center of Varenna , 30 meters only from the lake and the beach with cafes and restaurants and the walking way which leads to the ferry dock in few minutes. The kitchen and the livingroom offer 2 dining area, the fully equipped kitchen has a balcony and a washingmaschine , it is separated from the large livingroom with a comfortable kingsize sofabed for 2 people, the bedroom has modern bathroom with a shower: my cousin rents 6 motor boats on the beach. Wifi internet , besides the house is provided with a disable/elderly persons chair lift from main entrance.The church square is not allowed to the cars traffic so the position is very quite. |

If clients like to walk, a pleasant walk along the lake of 25 minutes leads to varenna center, first a 5 minutes along short cut walk and then along the villa monastero gardens or they can use the local 2 minutes train which connect the suburb to the center. Adsl-Wifi and cellphone available. |

One bedroom with a kingsize bed and access to the patio and to the garden. Livingroom with kitchen area, tv sat and sofa with one convertible bed for 2 people, with access to the covered porch, the patio and to the garden. Bathroom with a modern shower and washingmaschine. Internet wifi. 150 meters from the lake, less than 5 minutes from train station and ferry dock, the Lido (a privat beach with sand , cafe and restaurant) is 100 meters away, the church square in the center is only 350 meters far. |
